All patterns purchased on www.aiaknit.com may not be shared, copied, or used for resale. Likewise, finished knitted products must not be intended for resale or commercial use.

Address & email information

Please ensure you give the correct email address when placing an order. If the email address is incorrect, you will not receive an order confirmation or download links.

Order confirmation

Upon order completion, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given.

Payment

AIA Knit accepts payment with payment cards and credit cards.

All given prices on the website are incl. VAT.
Prices on the website are shown in Norske Kroner (NOK).

Payments to AIA Knit are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.

Delivery

All patterns are digital files. You will receive a download link shortly after the payment has been made. Always ensure that you give the correct email address in your order.

Right of cancellation of digital products

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.
