Aia Scarf has a classic look in 2 knit 2 purl structure with edge stitches on each side. The work begins by casting on stitches on a 3 mm needle and then knitttting the scarf back and forth until the desired length is achieved. Aia Scarf can be knitttted with the yarn and quality you desire - but remember that only the specifified gauge will give the indicated measurements. The measurements are given in the structure and without stretching the work after washing. The look “should” be a slightly stretched 2x2 rib - but this can be adjusted according to your preference:)

YARN

Alternativ 1: 100g merino with a yardage of between 200-250 meters per 50g held together with 50g thin silk mohair with a yardage of approximately 225 meters per 25g. It is knitttted with double strands.

Alternativ 2: 200g single strand with a yardage of between 100-150 meters per 50g. It is knitttted with a single strand.
