The Cloudy Sweater is a lightly oversized pullover worked top-down in a textured pattern using alternating strands of double yarn (Puno Petit and Alpakka Lin) and single yarn (Alpakka Lin). This texture creates a striped effect and gives the sweater an airy feel. The process begins with casting on stitches for the back piece, which is worked downward before shaping the body. Stitches are then picked up for the shoulders and worked separately before being joined to form the front piece. You can choose to knit the short or long version, or something in between. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves, worked with short rows for a better fit, and then worked straight down. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline, worked in single strand Puno Petit.
