The Trash Sweater - English
This pattern is in English.
The Trash sweater is knitted top-down, where the back piece is knitted first. The back is knitted as a rectangle and then increased on each side for the armhole. The shoulders are knitted by picking up stitches from the back piece, which are shaped by increases towards the neck and are finally joined at the front to form the front piece. The front and back pieces are knitted together to form the body, which is knitted in the round on a circular needle. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves along the armhole, which are then knitted in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline, which is knitted in ribbing in the round.
