The Tora Cardigan is worked top-down in a *3 knit, 1 purl* textured pattern. The work begins by casting on stitches for the back. Stitches are then picked up for the shoulders. These are worked separately with increases along the neckline to form the V-neck of the cardigan. Below the armhole, the work is joined, and you work back and forth in the textured pattern to the desired length. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves and worked straight down. Finally, the button band with buttonholes is worked. The design pairs well with high-waisted pants and short dresses ;)

Tora Cardigan should have a positive ease of 30-40 cm [11.75-15.75 in] compared to your chest measurement. The fit is oversized. The sizes listed correspond to a bust measurement of 80-90 (90-100) 100-110 (110-120) cm [31.5-35.5 (35.5-39.25) 39.25-43.25 (43.25-47.25) in]. Measure yourself before starting to knit to chose the size that will fit you best.
